Edible Insects Information Guide
The Edible Insects Progamme at FAO works on knowledge sharing and awareness building about edible insects around the world. We worked with the team at FAO to design an information guide outlining the benefits of insects for food and feed security. The full information guide is available to download here. Additionally, we provided layout and typesetting of this publication in five languages: English, French, Spanish, German and Chinese.
We also designed the companion book entitled Edible insects: Future prospects for food and feed security, which provides more comprehensive information. This publication provides a very important contribution to FAO’s work, and with over six million downloads, it is one of the most downloaded publications within the entire UN system.
